Strength & Conditioning

These classes consist of a blend of some traditional Pilates exercises and strengthening movements tailored to dancers and their needs. These classes provide students with good core strength, flexibility and control which assist in many technical aspects of dance. They also continue to promote healthy and safe dance practice, fitness and overall conditioning of the body.

 
Strength and Conditioning is a class available for all students to enrol in.
